The Reznik Family
The Talberts came into contact with the Reznik family of 7 (dad, mom, 4 children from 4-10, and grandmother) after registering on Welcome.US – a website to match those seeking escape from the war in Ukraine with US families considering sponsorship. God moved Alan and Bethany to take this step in response to the recent attacks on Ukraine.
The Talberts have been working hard to transform their home provide a space for the family to live comfortably, and a generous neighbor has kindly offered to provide the grandmother a place in their home. They plan to arrive on 10/21. Once they arrive, they will begin English classes and apply for work permits in the coming months. Their goal is to learn English and gain employment to eventually live an independent life in the US.
